What you’ll do:
- Develop Integrated Growth Strategies: Create multi-channel marketing campaigns that combine programmatic, CTV, paid social, and digital channels to attract customers and increase brand visibility.
- Optimize Campaign Performance: Track and improve marketing initiatives using data-driven methods. Focus on increasing conversion rates, reducing customer acquisition costs, and maximizing return on investment.
- Leverage Programmatic & CTV Expertise: Apply your knowledge of programmatic and connected TV advertising to develop effective growth strategies that work across different digital platforms.
- Experiment and Innovate: Test new marketing tactics and creative approaches. Use A/B testing to find new growth opportunities and validate channel performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with brand, product, analytics, and demand teams to ensure consistent messaging and support overall business goals.
- Data-Driven Insights and Reporting: Build comprehensive reports and dashboards that track campaign performance and provide actionable insights to key stakeholders.
- Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets across multiple channels, ensuring efficient spending and maximum return on investment while staying flexible to market changes.
What you’ll bring:
- Proven Growth Marketing Expertise: 7+ years of growth marketing experience, with strong background in programmatic and CTV channels, and hands-on experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to analyze complex data, draw meaningful insights, and use metrics to continuously improve marketing performance.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, DV360, TradeDesk, CTV platforms) and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Strategic and Innovative Thinker: Innovative approach to combining traditional marketing channels with new growth opportunities, always testing and improving strategies.
- Collaboration and Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and experience working across different teams to drive collective success.
- Adaptability in a Fast-Paced Environment: Proven ability to thrive in dynamic settings and quickly adjust strategies as market conditions change.
