Together Software, now part of Absorb Software, is a leading mentorship platform that helps organizations build meaningful employee development programs. With this exciting addition, we’re hiring an Account Manager, Growth to join our team!

As a Growth Manager within Account Management, you will play a key role in driving company revenue by collaborating with clients to identify opportunities for expanding their use cases, leading to upsell and cross-sell success. Your ability to deeply understand each client’s business and objectives will allow you to align Together’s solutions with their goals effectively.

We’re looking for a proactive relationship builder with a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and a solution-focused mindset. Success is measured by achieving net retention targets within your accounts.

What you’ll do:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with assigned accounts, understanding their needs and growth potential. Conduct business reviews to ensure clients maximize SaaS value. Deliver product demos and guide clients from Closed Won to renewal.
  • Sales and Upselling: Monitor account health, identify upsell opportunities, and mitigate churn risks. Prospect within existing customers to expand usage across departments or affiliates.
  • Renewals Management: Negotiate and close contract renewals.
  • Product Expertise: Maintain deep product knowledge to advise clients, deliver demos, and assist with feature understanding.
  • Feedback Loop: Relay client feedback to enhance products and address specific needs, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Partner with Customer Success on upsell strategies and with Sales for smooth onboarding.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on accounts, renewals, and revenue metrics, leveraging CRM tools for tracking.

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • (Preferred) Experience with Account Management at a B2B SaaS company
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative, and fast-paced environment
  • Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic
  • Experience working with CRMs
