About the role:
The Senior Manager, Sales Enablement will be responsible for taking strategic ideas and transforming them into actionable initiatives that drive measurable outcomes. This role focuses on executing projects from concept to completion, ensuring seamless integration of tools, processes, and training programs that enhance the performance of the SaaS Account Management team. By leading cross-functional efforts and optimizing sales operations, the Senior Manager plays a pivotal role in driving increased upsell, cross-sell, and customer retention.
