About the role:

As a Product Manager at Absorb, you'll be the key driver behind our product strategy and roadmap. You'll dive deep into understanding our customers, the Absorb business, and the market to create products that delight and help Absorb lead the LMS space. You'll work with the latest AI innovations, upskilling techniques, and personalization tools to build products that truly wow our users.

Your Role: As a Mobile Product Manager at Absorb, you’ll help design and implement mobile strategies that seamlessly integrate with our web product. You will bring your experience in mobile application development to the table, transforming strategic insights into actionable mobile experiences that capture and engage users.

What You'll Do:

• Enhance Mobile Efficiency: Develop strategies aimed at creating mobile features that empower customers to educate and engage their audience effectively.

• Integrate Mobile and Web: Collaborate with the core product team to ensure seamless integration between mobile applications and our web product, ensuring a unified user experience.

• Conduct Customer Discovery: Gather feedback from mobile users through interviews, surveys, and data analysis to identify pain points and opportunities specific to mobile usage.

• Drive Mobile Development: Lead the mobile product journey from conception to launch. Work closely with developers and designers to translate insights into compelling mobile features.

• Adapt and Innovate: Navigate the evolving mobile tech landscape to turn trends and insights into valuable product opportunities that spice up the user experience.

• Foster Engagement: Use mobile-specific functionalities to create engaging and intuitive learning experiences that keep users coming back.

What you’ll bring:

• Experience: 4+ years of proven experience in mobile product management, with a strong understanding of how to build applications that complement web platforms.

• Technical Insight: Familiarity with mobile technologies and a clear grasp of technical constraints and opportunities in mobile development.

• Communication: Strong ability to convey ideas and influence cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive mobile experiences.
