Group Product Manager

At Absorb LMS, we're seeking a strategic and results oriented Group Product Manager to lead the charge on the future of Absorb’s Author and Content experiences. Reporting directly to the VP of Product, this role is pivotal in defining the product strategy, driving innovation and nurturing a team of product managers to deliver unparalleled value to our customers. We're looking for an individual who leads by example in design thinking, data-driven decisions, and customer-centricity and is passionate about shaping the future of learning in the workplace.

What you’ll do:

  • Drive the strategic roadmap for Absorb’s course and author experiences, driving business outcomes in partnership with Sales, Marketing & CS.
  • Mentor and develop a small team of product managers as a player-coach.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure successful product delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct in-depth market & competitive research to identify opportunities for growth and innovation in the category.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of your products, leveraging data-driven insights to drive decision-making.
  • Champion a design-thinking approach, prioritizing user feedback and needs in all facets of product development.
  • Establish yourself as a thought leader on learning experience strategy within the organization, including product investments, innovation priorities & best practices.

What you'll bring:

  • Exhibit a deep understanding of Adult Learning, B2B SaaS and the LMS/LXP space.
  • Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management in B2B SaaS, with a proven track record of building differentiated learning products.
  • Experience managing and developing high-performing product managers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable product strategies and roadmaps.
  • Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods, practitioner of design thinking.
