Join Absorb Software as the Director of Brand Demand and Communications, where you'll spearhead strategies to elevate our brand presence and drive meaningful engagement. As a seasoned marketing leader, you'll craft and implement comprehensive communications plans aligned with our GTM strategies. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing brand awareness, nurturing leads, and optimizing our marketing channels for maximum impact. What you’ll do:

  • Build and execute strategies to increase brand demand.
  • Develop communications strategies and program plans aligned with Absorb’s overall GTM and business goals across critical communications, positioning, and messaging.
  • Create a brand marketing and public relations strategy that will allow Absorb to cultivate and enhance meaningful awareness with targeted, high-level external audiences.
  • Responsible for influencer marketing – Identify and onboard influencers who can improve brand awareness and participate in the referral program.
  • Provide strategic counsel, guidance, and execution for digital marketing, lead generation, nurturing, sales enablement, trade show activities, etc.
  • Manages various marketing channels, including contributing to digital strategy and contributing new ideas to enhance the team’s social media presence.
  • Pioneer on industry best practices and emerging strategies that will ensure a competitive edge in brand awareness, consumer acquisition, and retention.
  • Monitors marketing projects, analyzes results, and liaises with other leaders in marketing.

What you’ll bring:

  • 5-7 years of focused B2B brand marketing and PR experience with SaaS companies
  • Willingness to move fast, roll up your sleeves to support your team, and be open to testing and implementing new ways of doing things.
  • Experience in demand generation marketing tactics and strategies in addition to having vast experience in digital marketing channels and tactics inclusive of display advertising, SEM/SEO, social media, email, and so forth.
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions, deal with ambiguity and show a deep interest and comfort in working with ROI and metric-driven models.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, being able to move and inspire a cross-functional group, leading it into a unified direction and with a common vision
  • Possess superior communication skills and must be display comfort interacting with senior executives and external business partners
  • Self-starter who will demonstrate resourcefulness to get answers
  • Able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and execute flawlessly
  • Incredibly organized and detail-oriented
  • Great communicator – written and verbal
