As a Technical Client Specialist, you’ll play a dual role at the intersection of Client Advocacy and Technical delivery — owning the customer experience end-to-end for our APAC region. You'll act as the first point of contact for clients, resolving issues and guiding them through the Absorb LMS platform. In parallel, you'll lead the execution of technical projects including integrations, data operations, sandbox management, and custom reporting.
This is a hands-on, cross-functional role with direct impact on client satisfaction, technical delivery, and operational resilience.
